'Un Nuevo Sol’ follows three young Central American migrants that arrived to the US as unaccompanied minors on their journey to Mount Shasta to witness the 2017 solar eclipse. Along the way, we learn about their journey to the US, their experiences settling in, and their hopes for the future. The fllm moves between their past, present and future and exemplifies migrant storytelling.
