Freedom to Vote: Nimah Gobir

The ability to vote is the most basic tenet of our democracy, yet it is intentionally used to undercut marginalized members of our community. Codification of racism, disenfranchisement, and exclusion are all calculated and willful features of our lawmaking systems.
