Black History Month: Conover

Black history informs Black futures, and Black women & femmes have been at the forefront of it all, leading movements and nurturing a legacy of fierce love and advocacy for our communities. Despite the overwhelming odds they face, Black women are paving the way for a world in which we can all thrive. Black womanhood is resilient, courageous, soft, and vulnerable, and we recognize that justice is unattainable without the voices and leadership of Black women & femmes at the center.
